Shana Maines
Founder, Mainestream Executive Coaching, LLC
Shana Maines is an accomplished executive leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding organizations through all aspects of human resources — including massive and rapid growth, organizational redesign, succession planning and bench building, employee development, organizational transformation, talent strategy, conflict resolution, and team building.
Most recently, Shana served as Vice President of Human Resources for QXO (formerly Beacon Roofing Supply), a Fortune 500, publicly traded, $10B organization. In this role, she partnered directly with CEOs, C-suite executives, and leadership teams to navigate complex organizational challenges at scale.
Shana is an iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner — a powerful tool she uses to help leaders develop deeper self-awareness and more authentic leadership presence.
Her leadership style is known for being approachable, insightful, strategic, and grounded in authenticity. She brings that same energy to every coaching engagement.
